Kevin Bloch is the founder and CEO of Bloch Advisory. Bloch Advisory provides tactical advice and strategic guidance to help its clients in both the current business climate and the long term. It delivers research and insight to the following constituents: end-user IT and network managers; vendors of IT hardware, software and services; and members of the financial community looking to invest in innovative technology companies.
Prior to founding Bloch Advisory in August 2020, Kevin was Chief Technology Officer for Cisco for over 12 years, having held senior leadership roles in the region prior, in Engineering and Advanced Technology. He has also held leadership roles at Lucent (now Nokia), JNA Telecommunications and OTC (now Telstra). He is one of the technology industry’s most well-regarded senior executives and a renowned and respected thought leader.
Kevin’s core specialisation is in network technology underpinning infrastructure and services for telecommunications service providers, mobile operators, and corporate and government organisations. His technology expertise and experience specifically include telecommunications, enterprise network, customer access networks, cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud, wireless/mobile and IoT.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of New South Wales.
Kevin is the author of six technology books and resides in Sydney, Australia.
